Techniques for X-ray diagnostics and study of innovative instrumentation for industrial X-ray diagnostics, especially for agro food sector.  A series of X-ray sources and detectors are available for test to be performed on a shielded room (2×2 m2) certified up to 100 kV. In particular:  
 
  • design, realization and characterization of large-size (up to 1 m) X-ray linear cameras  
  • feasibility study and design of industrial high-speed application  
  • Non-invasive diagnostic and imaging by X-ray technology for in-line quality control  
    •  
    Capability and expertise for characterizing detectors and sources in a wide spectral region, ranging from the infrared to the soft X-ray.  
     
    Space Instrumentation 
    PHOENIX has been involved is the characterization of optics and detectors for space instrumentation.

    Laser system design for high precision machining, alignments and metrology
